About CCS

Built through hard work. Focused on your property.

Corporate Commercial Sweeping, Inc., known as CCS, grew from Shaun's work in the field. Today, our focus is recurring exterior porter care that helps commercial properties stay clean and presentable, with a clear service plan and direct communication.

A defined service plan

Start with the areas, tasks, and frequency your property needs, so the work has clear priorities.

Shaun

Founder, CCS

Meet our founder

Shaun knows the work because he started by doing it.

Before CCS became a team, it was Shaun, a truck, a shovel, and a backpack blower. After leaving corporate work, he set out to build a business of his own. He looked for properties that needed service, prepared bids, sent introductions by fax, and followed up one conversation at a time.

"I built the company on a fax machine."— Shaun, Founder of CCS

Getting started meant more than finding customers. While raising two children, Shaun also worked overnight at a hotel front desk and taught martial arts in an after school program to help cover the bills. He cleaned properties in the evening, worked through the night, and returned home in time for his children's morning routine. Then came the calls, proposals, and next evening's work.

The long hours took a toll. After about two years of working on his own, a neighbor's introduction helped Shaun find his first employee. That first hire began the shift from doing everything himself to building a team he could work alongside.

Shaun stayed in the field for roughly six years. When a shoulder injury and surgery required him to step away from physical work, he had to put more of his attention into organizing the business and leading others. The company's foundation was built through both kinds of work: caring for properties and learning how to support the people doing the job.

Today, CCS carries that practical experience into its focus on exterior porter services. The work has grown beyond one person, but the purpose remains straightforward: take care of the property, communicate clearly, and do the job with care.

Our foundation

The details matter. So do the people.

CCS began with persistent effort and practical work. That foundation shapes the standards we ask our team to bring to each property: honesty about the work, care for the surroundings, respect for people, and clear communication when something needs attention.

Integrity

Be honest about what was completed and what still needs attention.

Care

Treat the property, equipment, and surrounding spaces with respect.

Responsibility

Understand the assigned work, follow the agreed plan, and raise concerns rather than hiding them.

People

Respect the customers, tenants, visitors, and coworkers who share the property.

Practical experience. Better tools for what comes next.

We are building a connected digital experience to help organize service requests, field assignments, completion records, and communication. The goal is to support clear work and a direct connection between the property and CCS.
